• No gatherings or parties of any kind are allowed at Pied a Terre. We reserve the right to evict any additional occupants.
• This reservation is not transferable. 
• Guests must provide original proof of identity within 24 hours of their arrival.
• In the event of no-show, a fee equivalent to the entire booking charge (including applicable taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, or as per the revised terms of booking.
• We reserve the right to evict guests due to inappropriate conduct, safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies particularly if guests do not follow instructions provided by Us or Our employees or engage in discriminatory behavior, harassment, or actions endangering others.
• Guests must not compromise the health, safety, and security of Pied a Terre at any time.
• Special terms may apply for specific offers, and in the case of a conflict, those terms will prevail.
• In the event of a conflict regarding the final bill, the terms of the bill will take precedence.
• Guests must respect and properly maintain Pied a Terre’s assets and valuables. Charges will be applied for damages or destruction caused by the guest.
• Guests should inform Our management in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances (e.g., fabric, cleaning products).
• Pied a Terre is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the guest’s stay. Pied a Terre provides a secure environment, but guests are responsible for their personal items.
• Lost property is stored for one week. Claimed items can be collected with valid identification, or Pied a Terre may arrange postage at the guest’s expense and subject to advance payment.
• Pied a Terre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted immediately on the website.
• Pied a Terre is not liable for any losses, delays, injuries, damages, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to flight delays, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, fire, floods, or government actions.

By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your stay is subject to these Standard Terms and Conditions.

• The General Terms and Conditions on the website constitute the binding agreement between the guest and Pied a Terre for all commercial arrangements, including reservations, payments, and use of facilities.
• Pied a Terre may cancel a reservation if it believes the information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• Pied a Terre reserves the right to profile the guest using public domain information to provide better hospitality services.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Pied a Terre harmless from any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from their reservation or stay.
• Pied a Terre is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to cancellation of the reservation.
• Pied a Terre is not liable for failure to comply with these conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• If Pied a Terre waives any rights under these terms on one occasion, it does not automatically waive those rights for future occasions.
